FAQ #1 How long will my order take to be delivered? 

Depending on the items you have chosen and your delivery region, it can take on average between 5 and 7 days for your order to be delivered to your nominated address. If you need something urgently please contact us. Some exclusions apply*

FAQ #2 How do I clean and maintain my tapware?

Products should be cleaned with mild liquid detergent or soap and water with a soft cloth.

Never use harsh detergents, solvents or acidic cleaners, citrus based cleaners, lime scale removers, household vinegar, and cleaning agents containing acetic acid on any products, as these will scratch and damage the surface.

Additionally, use of wax-based furniture cream should be avoided as these can result in a build-up of deposits, which could detract from the appearance.

Any damage caused by the use of unsuitable cleaning products will not be covered by warranty.

FAQ #3 What is a progressive cartridge?

Operation is simple: by turning the handle clockwise, water flow and temperature increases.

On first turning, cold water increases until 90°, at which point hot water will begin to mix with full pressure cold. At 135° rotation, the water has an equal hot/cold mix and at 180° it has reached full hot temperature and full pressure. Progressing cartridges are both water and energy saving. 

FAQ #4 Can I purchase samples?

Yes! We know that there’s nothing better than being able to see the texture, colour, and finish in real life. Our sample packs can include up to five tapware colour samples for just $20.

Absolutely. A combination of tapware colour discs and tile samples can make it easier for you to bring your vision to life and see how different colours, textures, and finishes work together. Our sample packs help you get a better idea of our products in person so you can confidently make your final decision.
